Collection: Sue Bartley

We are based just outside of Llangadog, Carmarthenshire, in the foothills of the Black Mountain, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons and just above the Towy valley. We are a small farm hoping to bring good quality food to the local people around us in Wales and affordable prices. We operate on a sustainable basis, recycle and reuse.
We have a small flock of Dutch spotted sheep and a few cross breeds for fleece the founding ewes being Lincoln Longwools. We run a few dairy cow crosses and produce beef once a year.
We sell lamb/home and mutton as available.
Our animals are mainly pasture raised, cows coming in during winter on hay and molasses.
We work on sustainable principles. Animals have minimal chemical inputs and the same applies to the land. Applications used as required. Lime and seaweed fertilizer on the land.
Animals are processed through our nearest abattoir at Tregaron who pack and label the meat.
We hope to be moving forward and take some of the land to produce vegetables. Utilising muck and fleece from the animals to prepare and enrich the soil.
