Our diced beef shin comes from our Aberdeen Angus cattle, reared here on the farm, 100% grass fed. Shin is a lovely hardworking cut of beef, full of flavour and with plenty of natural connective tissue, full of collagen, which breaks down beautifully when cooked low and slowly. It makes a rich, hearty stew, beef bourguignon or casserole and is perfect for those autumnal evenings. Prepared by our organic abattoir and butcher, then frozen fresh after butchery to keep the flavour and freshness in the meat.Delivery
